Mike Sayer taking over UK Communications for Bentley Motors, as Tom Housley heads Internal Comms
Bentley Motors today announces the appointment of Mike Sayer (left) to the role of UK Communications Manager, taking over from Tom Housley (right) who moves to another position within the Bentley Communications team.
With the move, Mike becomes the point of contact for all UK media enquiries for the British luxury brand, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from his previous position as Bentley’s Product and Motorsport Communications Manager.
A qualified powertrain engineer, Mike joined Bentley in 2006 as an engineering graduate before moving to Communications in 2012. Since then, he has been responsible for shaping and managing communications activity around the brand’s product launches as well as driving awareness of the factory motorsport programme.
He succeeds Tom Housley, who has held the position of UK Communications Manager since 2014. Tom moves to become Head of Internal Communications; managing the flow of information to the 4,000-strong workforce responsible for the design, engineering and production of Bentley luxury cars at the company’s global headquarters in Crewe.
